Annotation:The Talent Development Middle Grades Program, developed at Johns Hopkins University, offers comprehensive and customized solutions to middle grades reform. The TDMG program provides: support for teachers and administrators through professional development and coaching; standards-based, research-based curriculum in four core subject areas; integrated extra help; more productive relationships through establishment of small learning communities and school reorganization; a safe, supportive school climate through our school climate program. The program is specifically designed for K-8 and middle schools that serve disadvantaged students.
