Annotation:This is a preliminary report on the Dreamkeepers and Angel Fund programs. These programs seek to provide financial assistance to community college students who are at risk of dropping out. The initial project involved the distribution of funds to both community colleges and Tribal Colleges and Universities. In this report the authors present the early findings by describing "interviews conducted with administrators and students...an online survey and administrator reports...and information on student aid recipients submitted by the colleges."
