Short Description:Examined barriers to college access and success for youth underrepresented in postsecondary education.
Annotation:Research conducted for Jobs for the Future by the Parthenon Group examined barriers to college access and success for youth underrepresented in postsecondary education. Findings indicate that access to college is necessary, but insufficient, and that targeted investments will be necessary to close the attainment gap in rates of college success for underrepresented young people.
