To assist students pursuing a career in technology find funds to help them acheive their goals, Xerox established the Technical Minority Scholarship Program. In demonstration of Xerox's commitment to the academic success of minority students and to the cultivation and recruitment of qualified minority employees in technical fields, scholarships are available in the amount $1,000 - $10,000 (depending on tuition balance, academic excellence and classification).
