Short Description:This report examines the benefits and availability of finanically-oriented college counseling.
Annotation:In this report the author examines the benefits and availability of finanically-oriented college counseling. The author suggests there is a connection between counseling on issues such as college costs and the subsequent enrollment of students in college. Research also indicates there is a lack counseling on these issues for students. This is particularly the case for students from schools with large populations of minorities or low-socioeconomic status students. The report also presents some broader information about counseling and its impact on college enrollment.
