Short Description:A report which analyzes and interprets "California's performance on key higher educatino measures by looking at regional and racial differences in these measures."
Annotation:A report which analyzes and interprets "California's performance on key higher education measures by looking at regional and racial differences in these measures." The report contains composite, statewide scores in the following five categories: preparation, affordability, participation, completion, and benefits. The authors then examine the individual components within these categories. They also breakdown this data according to region and race/ethnicity. Following this, the authors present conclusions based on their key findings. They then address policy implications of this study.
