Annotation:This policy brief contains recommendations for the reauthorization of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) and the Higher Education Act (HEA). The brief reviews the six guiding principles to inform the actions of college access leaders. The Pathways Network established these principles in their "A Shared Agenda: A Leadership Challenge to Improve College Access and Success" report. The report then lists several recommendations, each with bulleted sub-points which clarify the specifics of the recommendation.
