| Short Description: | Asset-building and financial education programs are essential to help young people develop savings habits and accumulate assets that will put them on a pathway to financial stability and well-being. The role that parents
and caregivers play in helping children and adolescents develop sound financial skills becomes much more
significant for youth in foster care, many of whom reach independence with little family support and few positive
adult role models. |
