Annotation:The Transitions to College Project examines the extent to which conditions for opportunity and success are available to all American adolescents as they attempt to navigate the transition from secondary school to college and beyond. The project looks primarily at the time period between high school and the achievement of the first postsecondary degree and focuses on questions arising from transition successes and failures associated with America’s disadvantaged youth.
