Annotation:A follow-up to Dr. Watson Scott Swail’s 2004 report on the affordability of University education in Canada and the United States, this study updates the data by two years, includes data on loan remission and tax credits, and ranks all fifty states and ten provinces using six different measures of affordability as well as a composite, overall affordability ranking.
