Annotation:This report describes student borrowing by comparing different groups of undergraduate borrowers. Data for this study was taken from the 1999-2000 National Postsecondary Student Aid Study. The report presents profiles of the different types of borrowers. The authors also discuss issues of persistence and attainment for these groups of borrowers.
