Annotation:This report stresses that there are vast differences in graduation rates among institutions with similar student populations (percentage of low income students, average entrance exam scores, percentage of underrepresented minorities, etc.). Indiana has three public intstitutions with graduation rates for African American students that are among the bottom ten in the nation, and, of these three, one has graduation rates for Latino students ranked in the bottom ten.
